EDINORTE, within the defined scope of "Civil Construction and Public Building Works", makes the following commitments:

particularly customers, suppliers and subcontractors, establishing partnership relations through arguments of trust and credibility, precursors to the expected loyalty and consolidation of EDINORTE's presence and image in the marketplace;

ENSURING EFFICIENCY IN THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONAL CONTROL OF THE WORKS CONTRACTS AWARDED IN A CLOSE RELATIONSHIP WITH SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS,

guaranteeing the defined quality standards for its clients, in strict compliance with the legislation and through an attitude of demand and rigour placed on the procedures and on the relationship with the work teams, ensuring the work carried out is in conformity and has the correct margins;

PROMOTING THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF PERFORMANCE IN QUALITY, THE ENVIRONMENT AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY,

with the primary goal of delivering the "product", with the agreed quality, on time and at the agreed price, guiding the improvement of the effectiveness of the operational procedures by the principles of prevention, progressively eliminating the aspects that create or lead to problems;

ensuring compliance with the legal requirements applicable to the activity, including those related to environmental aspects and to OSH risks;

protecting the environment, preventing pollution, adopting the best environmental and economically viable practices;

providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and ill health, eliminating hazards and reducing OSH risks;

DRIVING EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AND QUALIFICATION

promoting the development of the necessary and appropriate skills for the level of quality aimed for each one's tasks, ensuring an "environment" of dignifying relations, based on seriousness and stability and enhancing creativity, in favour of collective "well-being”;

providing for the input from and participation of workers in OSH matters.
