The “Golden Coast” construction contract in Matosinhos is at the finishing stage.

It has a construction area of 6,575 m2 and is composed of 77 studios and apartments with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, distributed over 6 floors.

Pedro Ferreira Architecture Studio developed the architecture of this project, whose location combines the proximity of the sea with urban convenience.
