“The Grand Splendouro” construction project in Vila Nova de Gaia is at the finishing stage.

It has a construction area of 14,000 m2, composed of 32 apartments with 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms, distributed over 6 floors.

The architecture was designed by N&N Arquitetura e Planeamento, Lda. for one of the fastest growing areas of the Gaia coastal stretch, the coveted Seca do Bacalhau.
