The “Astro Emanuelle Sul” construction project in Leça da Palmeira is at the finishing stage.

It has a construction area of 12.370 m2 and is composed of 84 apartments of 1, 2, 3, 4 – bedrooms plus 2 and 3 – bedroom duplex apartments, distributed over 11 floors.

The architecture was designed by Pedro Vasco Ferreira Architecture Studio, for another project in one of the fastest growing areas of the Porto metropolitan area.

This second project strengthens the relationship between the client and Edinorte.
